The Wear Guide

Six steps. From hand to eye.

Prep Wash hands with mild soap, dry with a lint-free towel. Avoid lotions and oils — they contaminate the lens.

Inspect Scoop the lens onto your index finger. It should sit like a perfect bowl, edges curving upward. If edges flare out, it's inside out.

Position Look into a mirror. Use your non-dominant hand to hold the upper eyelid firmly so you cannot blink.

Insert With the middle finger of your dominant hand, pull down your lower lid. Place the lens onto the center of the eye, then look towards it.

Settle Release your eyelids slowly and close your eye. Blink a few times to center the lens.

If It Feels Off Remove, rinse with solution, check for damage. Never reuse a daily. Pain, redness or discomfort — take it out and see a doctor.

The glossary.

BC Base Curve

The curvature of the lens back surface, measured in millimeters. Typically 8.0–10.0 mm. A smaller number means a tighter curve.

DIA Diameter

The total width of the lens, measured in millimeters. Most colored daily lenses run 13.8–14.5 mm.

Water Content

The percentage of water in the lens material. Higher percentage usually means more comfort, especially in dry environments.

Cycle Wear Span

How long a single lens can be worn before disposal — daily, biweekly, or monthly. Daily is the safest default.

How do I order?

Scan the QR code at the bottom of this page. You'll open a Telegram chat with our concierge. Tell her your prescription (or that you don't have one), your address, and we'll confirm the rest.

How do I pay?

ABA Bank transfer, Wing, or cash on delivery within Phnom Penh. We'll share payment details after confirming your order.

Where do you ship?

Same-day delivery in central Phnom Penh on orders placed before 2pm. Provincial shipping takes 2–3 days. Delivery is free on your first pack.

My prescription isn't listed. Can you still help?

Probably. Message our concierge with your current power — we keep a broader range than what's shown online, and can special-order most standard prescriptions.

Can I return them?

Because Lumé is a medical device, opened packs can't be returned. If your pack arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it — just send us a photo.

Are these safe?

Every Lumé shade is made by a regulated Taiwanese contact lens manufacturer — Largan, Lens, Sami, or ASIASTAR depending on which you pick. Follow the four steps above, don't sleep in them, and see a doctor at any sign of discomfort.
