Six steps. From hand to eye.

  Prep Wash hands with mild soap, dry with a lint-free towel. Avoid lotions and oils — they contaminate the lens.

  Inspect Scoop the lens onto your index finger. It should sit like a perfect bowl, edges curving upward. If edges flare out, it's inside out.

  Position Look into a mirror. Use your non-dominant hand to hold the upper eyelid firmly so you cannot blink.

  Insert With the middle finger of your dominant hand, pull down your lower lid. Place the lens onto the center of the eye, then look towards it.

  Settle Release your eyelids slowly and close your eye. Blink a few times to center the lens.

  If It Feels Off Remove, rinse with solution, check for damage. Never reuse a daily. Pain, redness or discomfort — take it out and see a doctor.
